We understand there may be some confusion and concern, so we’d like to take a moment to clarify our current position. 

We are now operating and are trading independently under the Rockmans brand. We did not buy the business, and would like to kindly advise that we are not affiliated in any way with the previous owners (Mosaic).

While we are proud to continue the brand’s legacy,  and have no access to their systems, records, or transaction history.

As such, we are unable to assist with any matters relating to purchases, returns, exchanges, refunds, gift vouchers, credit notes, or other transactions made prior to 14th April 2025, which were under Mosaic’s management.

 

We truly understand how frustrating this situation may be and want to assure you that we are doing everything possible to support our new and existing customers moving forward.

 

While we are unable to resolve past issues, we’re committed to delivering excellent service under the new Rockmans business.
