    Bought this for a 21st. Just love the dress. The sleeves are what made me buy it. Love the design and the little belt is a nice touch. Was a bit long for me , bought a 12.,but fixed with a nice pair of heels. Fits well and flows beautifully. Got it on sale so was very happy. Just love rockmans clothes. Have been buying from them for the last 30 years, and they have all lasted the test of time. Fast delivery, great communication and packaged well. Definitely love their dresses.
