5. RETURN POLICY

We want your shopping experience to be as exciting as we have fun serving you. Here are your options if you change your mind:

 

- Online Orders: We'll happily give you a refund if you return your items to our Warehouse, or simply go to any Rockmans store
and choose between an exchange or a Rockmans Gift Card.

- In-store Purchases: If you've had a change of heart, remember to bring your original receipt for a quick exchange items or get a Rockmans Gift Card.
Unfortunately, in-store purchases can't be returned online.
