Delivery Options

Need your purchase quickly or sending to a new location? Our easy to use delivery guide will help you choose the best option to get your new purchase fast!

Third Party Partners products are subject to the same great Shipping and Delivery services as our other Rockmans Online items, there are just a few details to note;

  • You will still receive Free delivery when you spend $120 online and delivery within Australia for purchases under $120 will attract a $12.95 flat fee
  • Third Party Partners products will be shipped separately. If you have purchased a mix of Third Party Partners and Rockmans items, you will receive 2 or more parcels (at no extra charge of course)
  • Third Party Partners orders over AUD $1,000 may incur customs charges and duties charged by the AU Customs Service once the parcel reaches its destination port and must be paid by the recipient directly to the AU Customs Service or its authorized service provider.
  • Delivery may take longer in remote or rural areas, during promotion and sale periods or due to natural events.

Delivery options

At the checkout you have three delivery options:

1. Standard delivery

Your order will be delivered to your nominated address and a signature will be required (if you are not home a calling card will be left advising which post office to collect your parcel from)

Authority to leave

If you are not home your parcel will be left at your front door with no signature required (Rockmans cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier)

2. Click & Collect

Click & Collect is a fast and convenient service which allows you to select and order goods online and collect from our stores. If your items aren't available at your local store, we'll ship them to your home at no extra cost.
3. Parcel Point

Enjoy no-fuss parcel pick up and returns with ParcelPoint, an affordable, trackable service that is available at hundreds of local stores. ParcelPoint services are open 7 days a week and are open late for your convenience. You can also make a return with ParcelPoint. You will be notified via Email and/or text message (SMS) when your items are ready for collection, please make sure to bring photo ID when collecting your parcel.

EziBuy Deliveries 

Ezibuy products are subject to the same great Shipping and Delivery services as our other Rockmans Online items, there are just a few details to note:

  • Ezibuy products will be shipped separately from New Zealand. If you have purchased a mix of Ezibuy and Rockmans items, you will receive separate parcels, at no extra cost.
  • Ezibuy orders over AUD$400 may incur customs charges and duties charged by the AU Customs Service once the parcel reaches its destination port. These charges must be paid by the recipient directly to the AU Customers Service or its authorized service provider.
  • Your parcel will generally be delivered in 10 - 21 business days after dispatch (excluding weekends and public holidays). 
  • Delivery may take longer in remote or rural areas, during promotion and sale periods or from natural events.
  • You will receive an email once we have dispatched your order, it will contain the tracking number so you can track your parcel straight to your door.

Sister Brand Deliveries 

  • Sister Brand products may be shipped separately from their corresponding warehouse and no additional shipping charges will be applied to these parcels.
  • You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched. This email will include tracking details relating to your order.

Partial Deliveries 

Orders with multiple items may be split into multiple orders and delivered separately under different tracking numbers. If this occurs, you will receive an email notification advising you of a partial order delivery. No additional shipping charges will be applied to partial orders.
