Rockmans VIP Program Terms and Conditions

1. Rockmans VIP Reward Cards and member benefits are for exclusive use of the Rockmans VIP Member.
 
2. By joining the Rockmans VIP Reward Program, you are agreeing to receive emails from Rockmans. You can opt out of receiving emails at any time. You can either follow the unsubscribe link in the latest email you were sent from us or you can contact us and we will unsubscribe you from our database. In both instances it may take up to 5 business days for your details to be fully removed from our system. Rockmans may use your personal information to contact you from time to time and/or to send advertisements about events, products and services which we think you are likely to be interested in.

3. To qualify for a seasonal 5% rebate; members must present their Rockmans VIP Rewards Card with every transaction; purchases must be made in the form of cash, credit card or cheque. Rockmans Fashion Account sales and payments are not valid. Refunds on purchases made using the Rockmans VIP Rewards Card will be deducted accordingly from the seasonal spend. Purchases made in Rockmans stores qualify for the Seasonal Rebate.

4. The two rebate seasons per year are 1st August to 31st January, 1st February to 31st July. The 5% seasonal rebate will be issued within six months following a rebate season however the exact date of issue is at the discretion of Rockmans.

5. Rockmans VIP Rewards Cards and member benefits are non-transferrable.

6. Rockmans VIP Rewards Card is a division of VIP Rewards operated by Rockmans. As such, by joining VIP Rewards program, Rockmans may use your personal information to contact you from time to time and/ or to send advertisements about events, products and services, which we think you are likely to be interested in. The Privacy Policy issued on this form also forms a part of these Terms and Conditions.

7. The 5% Rebate will only be issued to VIP Rewards Members who have a total season spend of $100 or more.

8. The 5% Rebate will be issued to members in the form of a VIP Rewards Rebate Voucher. VIP Rewards Rebate Vouchers can only be redeemed on the purchase of full price merchandise; cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer; cannot be redeemed for cash; and cannot be used to make a lay-by or Fashion Account payment.

9. VIP Rewards Rebate Vouchers will not be replaced if stolen or lost.

10. The $20 VIP welcome eVoucher can only be sent to a valid email address. This eVoucher is redeemable on your next purchase online or in store. eVoucher must be surrendered on redemption in store. Customer must be logged in to redeem voucher online. May only be redeemed once per customer and excludes promotions, sale items, jewellery, Gift Card and e-Gift Card purchases. Not valid on a prior purchase or existing lay-bys. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. While stocks last. Not redeemable for cash. Neither cash nor credit will be issued for balance if not redeemed in full. Will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Voucher expires one month from the date the email is sent to you. 

11. The 25% off VIP birthday eVoucher can only be sent to a valid email address. This eVoucher is redeemable on your next purchase online or in store. eVoucher must be surrendered on redemption in store. Customer must be logged in to redeem voucher online. May only be redeemed once per customer and excludes promotions, sale items, jewellery, Gift Card and e-Gift Card purchases. Not valid on a prior purchase or existing lay-bys. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. While stocks last. Not redeemable for cash. Neither cash nor credit will be issued for balance if not redeemed in full. Will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Voucher expires one month from the date the email is sent to you.

12. Our Lay-by Service is exclusive to VIP Members. Terms and conditions apply to our Lay-by Service and are subject to change without notice. Please refer to our latest Lay-by Service Agreement; a copy of which be obtained in store.

13. It is the member’s responsibility to inform Rockmans of any changes to personal details. Rockmans accepts no responsibility for members not receiving VIP Rewards Rebate Vouchers, invites or any other promotional material, if incorrect details are provided, or Rockmans is not notified of any change of detail. Rockmans also accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected correspondence resulting from circumstances outside Rockmans control.

14. Rockmans reserves the right, at any time without notice, to: (a) suspend, terminate or vary the VIP Rewards program; (b) change the terms and conditions of the VIP Rewards program; and (c) terminate any individual’s membership or refuse to issue any individual a membership in its absolute discretion.

15. Rockmans and Noni B Group Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by members resulting from such suspensions, terminations, variations or change as set out in clause 13, or arising from the VIP Rewards program, except for any liability which can not be excluded by law.

16. Members may terminate their membership to the VIP Rewards program at any time, without reason by giving written notice to: Rockmans VIP Rewards. Noni B Group Ltd, PO Box 27, Liverpool NSW 1871.
