New Politics are a three-piece from Copenhagen, Denmark, now based in New York. The Danish trio uprooted their lives and moved to the US after signing with RCA and released their debut, self-titled, album in 2010.
‘A Bad Girl In Harlem’ sees New Politics draw influence from a variety of genres. From pop to rock to dance to punk the band wear their influences on their sleeve.
Single ‘Yeah Yeah Yeah’ was used in a global advertising campaign for Dell Computers.
The band has recently been named an “MTV Band To Watch” as well as a “Vevo Emerging Artist”.
The band have toured across the USA with the likes of 30 Seconds To Mars.
First single ‘Harlem’ is currently in the Top 20 at Alternative Radio and Top 50 at Modern Rock radio in the USA.
