Shipping and Delivery
If you spend over $60 in one transaction delivery is free! 

  • Purchases under $60 will attract a $10 flat fee. 
  • Rockmans will, on occasion and as advertised, run a special promotion offering free shipping on all online orders.
  • We currently only ship within Australia. 
  • Delivery is by Australia Post. Orders will arrive within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the day you place your order.
  • Delivery may take longer, in remote, rural areas or during promotion and sale periods. During our popular sale period deliveries can take a little longer than usual to dispatch from our warehouse. If you haven’t received your order within 14 working days please contact our customer care team. We will happily check the status of your delivery.
  • Once we have dispatched your order, an email containing your parcel tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. To view the status of your delivery simply copy the code and paste it in this link
  • At the checkout you have two delivery options:
    1. Standard delivery - your order will be delivered to your nominated address and a signature will be required (if you are not home a calling card will be left advising which post office to collect your parcel from)
    2. Authority to leave - if you are not home your parcel will be left at your front door with no signature required (Rockmans cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier)
