Pretty Girl Fashion Group is a privately owned retail fashion business with four ladies fashions brands; Rockmans, beme, W. Lane and Table Eight. Today, PGFG operates just under 400 retail fashion outlets across Australia. The business employs approx 2,000 staff nationwide in both the retail sector and National Office which is based in Tempe, NSW. At PGFG we focus on our customers and aim to provide them with the best quality apparel in the styles they love at the most competitive prices. I joined PGFG in March 2007 and was promoted to the Store Manager in 2009. I am also the Divisional Coach for the region which means I work alongside the Business Development Manager and help mentor other managers and their teams. I really enjoy the daily interaction with our customers and giving our ladies the confidence to wear stylish, affordable outfits. I work with an amazing team of women - we all have different attributes and this means each of our individual styles are reflected within our store giving it a great vibe and enhancing our performance.This has led to my store achieving a number of PGFG "Pursuit of Excellence" awards. My goal is to have my store working to the best of its ability and to watch my team go from strength to strength.
