How to Join
It’s so easy, simply fill out an application form at any Rockmans store. It’s FREE ! and will only take minutes to complete.
Once completed you will be issued with a VIP Rewards Card. Present this card with every purchase for your spend to start accumulating towards your seasonal VIP Rewards Rebate.

How to Claim Your VIP Rewards Rebate
If your spend during a season is $100 or more, we will forward you a VIP Rewards Rebate Voucher at the end of that season. This voucher will represent 5% of your spend during the season* and can be redeemed on full price items from the Rockmans range*

Keep Your Details Up to Date
It is your responsibility to keep your details up to date. If we do not have your correct details we may not be able to send you your VIP Rewards Rebate Voucher.

How do I join Rockmans VIP Rewards?

It’s so easy, simply provide your contact details at any Rockmans store. Once your sign up is complete, you will be issued with a Rockmans VIP Rewards Card.

I am currently a member of the Rockmans VIP Program and I would like to join BeMe VIP Rewards. Can I be a member of both programs?

Yes you can however, we recommend you hold one card only as the frequency of communication is dependant on spend against individual cards. The more you spend on one card the more likely you are to receive communication.

If I have two cards, which one should I present when making a purchase?

The more you spend on one card the more likely you are to receive communication. Therefore, present the card that you would most like to receive communication.

What kind of communication will I receive?

This will depend on the spend against your card/s however you may be eligible to receive exclusive offers to VIP events, invitations, extra discounts and bonus gift vouchers.

If I am a member of both the Rockmans and BeMe VIP Rewards programs, will I receive a Rebate Voucher for both?

Your product spend for each brand will be combined and you will receive one rebate voucher. The Rebate Voucher you will receive will depend on which brand you spend the most on. (For example, if you spend more on Rockmans than BeMe then you will receive a Rockmans Rebate Voucher)
